The kilometre distance and credit cost are live in the real portal — calculated per partner from their business postcode to the lead's postcode, and pulled from each lead's own credit cost.

How to use the status dropdown

  1. When you claim a lead, it starts as Needs Action.
  2. Open the lead card by tapping "View & Contact".
  3. Use the chat box to message the customer directly — this is how you discuss their event.
  4. As you progress, update the status dropdown on the right:
    • Contacted — after you've sent your first message
    • Quote Sent — once you've sent a formal quote
    • Booked — when the customer confirms (you'll be asked to enter the booking value)
    • Completed — after the event takes place
  5. If the customer isn't proceeding, choose Not Proceeding and select a reason.
  6. After saving, you'll see a green "✓ Saved" confirmation on the card and a popup toast — your change is confirmed.
